OZZY's "Black Rain" Enters Billboard at No. 3
30 May 2007Ozzy Osbourne's new studio album, "Black Rain" (view cover in the left), sold 152,000 copies in the USA during its first week of release to debut at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 chart. This number is just with one thousand copies less that the CD's predecessor, "Down to Earth" (2001), which entered the Billboard chart at No. 4.
In other news, Ozzy will be the first person inducted into the new Birmingham Walk of Stars, which will honour the British city's most famous sons and daughters. Osbourne's induction ceremony will be held on July 6.
