After a six years' break, the three musicians of No Doubt have revealed they will return to the studio next week to record a brand-new full-length album... however without lead singer Gwen Stefani.

The good news is that Gwen, who is currently touring the USA in support of her latest solo CD, "The Sweet Escape", will lay down her vocal tracks "when she gets done with the tour".

No Doubt's new album is expected to be ready for release in 2008.
