Pennsylvania-based rockers Fuel are to release their new album, "Angels and Devils", on August 6 via Epic Records. This is going to be the quartet's fourth CD and the first one with new vocalist Toryn Green (ex-Something to Burn).

Toryn joined Fuel three months ago, after original singer Brett Scallions left in March to front The Doors' Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek current reincarnation Riders on the Storm. Brett is also the bass player of Circus Diablo.
