As we informed you half a year ago, German Frankfurt-based thrash/fun metal veterans Tankard have re-recorded their biggest hits for a compilation album, entitled "Best Case Scenario: 25 Years In Beers" (view cover in the left), due to be released on August 31 via AFM Records.

The effort, celebrating a quarter of a century in Tankard's history, shall contain two CDs. The second, "A Tribute to Tankard", shall feature some of the thrashers' cuts performed by bands like Fatal Embrace, Hatework, Manticora, Odium, Paragon, Sacred Steel, Torment and more, while CD 1 is going to contain following Tankard beer evergreens:
