EMINEM has returned with “Houdini,” the lead single from his forthcoming new album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce).

In the corresponding music video, a portal from 2002 opens, allowing his former-self from his to step into the present. From there, he recreates his iconic “Without Me” video, as present-day EMINEM sets out to find 2002 EMINEM, with the two encountering everyone from Dr. Dre to Snoop Dogg, Shane Gillis, Paul Rosenberg, and more along the way.

Ultimately, the Eminems have a roof-top showdown and merge together, becoming a “monster.” Then, he jestingly goes on the offense against everyone from Dr. Dre to Rosenberg, his own kids, and more. After all of that, Pete Davidson takes over as the driver of his car (with the assurance that he “just got [his] license back”), and the two go off into the night, crashing into other cars. Watch the video below.

The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) is due later this summer, marking EMINEM’s 12th full-length release, and his latest since 2020’s Music to Be Murdered By
