"Get Thrashed" covers the entire history of one of the most important movements in metal. It features lots of interviews with bands like Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth, Overkill, Sepultura, Kreator, Chimaira, Testament, Superjoint Ritual and Lamb Of God.
