On August 7, 2008, the 12th annual D-Low Memorial Festival will be held at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona. So far, the bands scheduled to perform include Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy, Sacred Reich, Throwdown, Bury Your Dead and Incite.

This year's D-Low Memorial show, organized by the Cavalera familiy in memory of Max's slain stepson, Dana "D-Low" Wells, will be Soulfly's first performance following the release of their new album, "Conquer", which will be in stores on July 29.
