Purple Rainbow is the name of a new project featuring former members of two of the most famous British hard rock bands - Deep PurpleВ and Rainbow. At present the quartet (not to be mistaken with Holland's Purple Rainbow) is looking for live shows for 2009, and here's it's line-up:

• Joe Lynn Turner (ex-Deep Purple, Rainbow) - vocals
• Bobby Rondinelli (ex-Rainbow, Black Sabbath) - drums
• Tony Carey (exСЃ-Rainbow) - keyboards
• Craig Goldy (ex-Dio) - guitar
