Swedish viking metallers Amon Amarth have been officially added to "The Unholy Alliance: Chapter III" tour alongside Trivium, Mastodon and the headliners Slayer. The shows will pass through Europe in October and November.

A month earlier, on September 22, Amon Amarth will release their seventh full-length album, "Twilight of the Thunder God", via Metal Blade Records.
