The cult British label 4AD (a.o. Dead Can Dance, The Birthday Party, Cocteau Twins, Bauhaus, This Mortal Coil) has signed the band Department of Eagles. The word goes about a project featuring three members of Brooklyn's experimental act Grizzly Bear (Daniel Rossen, Chris Bear and Chris Taylor),В plus frontman Fred Nicolaus.
