Mitch Mitchell, the drummer for the Jimi Hendrix Experience, was discovered dead yesterday, November 12, in his room at the Benson Hotel in Portland. The 61-year-old British-born musician was the last surviving member of the groundbreaking trio. Mitch is believed to have died of natural causes.
