Bob Marley’s 'No Woman No Cry' songwriter dies
05 January 2009Vincent Ford, the songwriter who wrote the late Bob Marley's 1974 classic 'No Woman No Cry', has died aged 68.
Ford died due to complications caused by diabetes, reports BBC News. He had lost both his legs to the disease.
'No Woman No Cry' appeared on Marley's 'Natty Dread' album. Ford is also credited with contributing to the writing of Marley's 1976 album 'Rastaman Vibration'.
