Ronnie Wood has bought his girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova a modest gift for the new year…a £13,000 guitar that was once played by Jimi Hendrix.
According to The Sun, the instrument has both of their initials and the message “Sweet as a daisy, sweet as a pearl, you’ll always be my little kitten,” into the back.
The newspaper also alleges that Eka is learning to play the instrument with Ronnie Wood giving her personal lessons.
Ronnie will be back on stages in 2009 with the reunited The Faces.
