The spectacularly bad named side-project of Sammy Hagar, Joe Satriani, Michael Anthony and Chad Smith, have released the first music from the project online.

It may not be the lengthiest or most life-changing clip you’ll ever hear but you can check out your first snippet of Chickenfoot at this location.

While there’s currently no release date set in stone for Chickenfoot’s debut release, the band’s official website does say coming in 2009.
