Yes, it's true! We mentioned on Friday here, that the prog metal giants may perform in Kavarna this summer. And now it's official!

The Kavarna MunicipalityВ and Joker media confirmed that DREAM THEATER are going to be the first headlinerВ of the 4th edition of Kaliakra Rock fest 2009, with a show on July 3d.

This will be the second time DREAM THEATER play in Bulgaria, after their first concertВ seven years ago, on July 3rdВ 2002 when metal fans in Sofia were split in two because ofВ the SLAYERВ andВ HALFORD show in town the same evening.

The other bands who'll take part in Kaliakra Rock Fest 2009 will beВ announced soon.

Tickets for the festival go on sale in mid March.
