Saigon Kick's comeback. Line-up not clear yet.
04 March 2009As previously reported, Saigon Kick will perform at the 2009 edition of Iowa's "Rock Gone Wild" Festival is scheduled for August 20th - 23rd at Freedom Park in Algona, Iowa.
Frontman Matt Kramer revealed that original bassist Tom Defile, who participated in the band's 2001 reunion shows, would not be a part of the line-up.
In addition, guitarist Joe Blando, who replaced original axeman Jason Bieler for those reunion shows, was unconfirmed for the festival date due to possible prior commitments with Slaughter.
Kramer and drummer Phil are looking at several possible players and will reach a decision within the next few months.
The band will only be playing songs from their self-titled debut and its follow-up for the festival show.
