Vocalist Fernando Ribeiro of the Portuguese metal band MOONSPELL makes a guest appearance on an album called 'AmГЎlia Hoje', which is scheduled for release on Portugal on April 27.

The CD features a number of Portuguese artists paying tribute to Amália Rodrigues, who was the unchallenged queen of fado — the Portuguese equivalent of flamenco or blues. Ribiero can be heard on two songs — 'O Grito' and 'Formiga Bossa Nova'. Also scheduled to appear on the album, which was produced by Nuno Gonçalves (The Gift), are Sónia Tavares (The Gift) and Paulo Praça (ex-Turbo Junkie), among others.
