ANTHRAX Pushes New Album Back To October
22 April 2009Scott Ian, guitarist of New York based thrash metal legends Anthrax, has revealed that the band will be releasing their new studio album, 'Worship Music' in October instead of the previously announced month of June. An update from Ian reads as follows:
"Hey, haven't posted here in a while. I've gotten so swamped with finishing the new record.
"The good news is we start mixing first week of May!!! We're gonna give birth to a really heavy baby.
"Touring starts in Europe in June, lots of festivals. We'll be in Europe most of the summer and then hopefully out in the states in the fall.
"The album will be out in October but I'm sure you'll be hearing something from it over the summer. A single maybe?
"More soon."
