Take a note of these three glorious dates – June 18th, 19th and 20th, for that’s when Sofia will be host to the Park Live Festival – the first of its kind to grace the capital city. The site for this wonderful open air music festival will be the Cycling Track in the Borisova Garden. One of the main ideas behind the festival is to offer people a chance to go to the park after work and enjoy some quality music out in the open. That’s why events will kick off at 5 p.m. with a midnight curfew. The “green environmental” concept has the kind support of the oldest Irish whiskey – Bushmills. The festival is also a platform for Bushmills’ new communications concept – Bushmills Brothers, for those fine moments when friends become more like brothers.

There are single and three-day tickets available for purchase.

Main promoters Cotton Records have put together a cracking line-up which includes Bristol trip-hop pioneer Tricky (a star in his own right, who has also worked with everyone from Bjork to Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Scott Ian of Anthrax), London hip hop legend Roots Manuva and Manchester electronic duo Lamb! Also performing will be the likes of 4Hero, Gaz Cobain (Future Sound Of London), Crazy P, Luke Vibert, Plaid, Gilles Peterson, Michael Rutten as well as local artists such as Phuture Shock, R.O.B.T.F, Nasekomix, Ruth & Unlimited.
