The festival's promoters Balkan Entertainment Company have issued a statement on their website to the effect that the festival will now be moved to the venue which is located right next to the initially announced 'Akademik Stadium' in Sofia.

As you may or may not be aware, Rock the Balkans 2009В will be headlined by Limp Bizkit, with support from Queensryche, Saga, Manga and Skre4. The date is Monday, 29 June.
