One-time Factory Records miscreants Happy Mondays are joining reformed '80s greats the Psychedelic Furs for a joint road trip across North America.
As far as any new records go, the Mondays were supposedly following up on 2007's "comeback album," 'Uncle Dysfunktional' and, as previously reported, were to release it early this year. However, as of yet, there is still no sign of any new full-length from Shaun Ryder and his recovering gang of drug fiends.

For the Furs, lead singer Richard Butler previously hinted at a new album from the band "in the not so distant future," according to Wikipedia, but again, so far nothing.
