Relapse Records has announced they've signed a new band consisting of established musicians called The High Confessions.

According to a press release, the band consists of Chris Connelly (Ministry, Killing Joke, Revolting Cocks), Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley, acclaimed recording engineer Jeremy Lemos (Smog, Stereolab) and Sanford Parker (Minsk, Buried At Sea).

The High Confessions will release their Turning Lead Into Gold With The High Confessions debut album later this summer. More information will be announced in the coming weeks.В 

Perhaps relatedly, another former Ministry player Paul Barker also has a side-project named Lead Into Gold.
