Corrosion Of Conformity have re-formed, and are working on a new album.

Blabbermouth reports that the line-up responsible for the 1985 classic album Animosity is back in the studio, and also have shows booked in America for August.

The line-up is Mike Dean (vocals/bass), Woody Weatherman (guitar) and Reed Mullin (drums).

Animosity dates back to a time when COC were still very much still influenced by hardcore and metal, and far removed from the more southern/stoner style they adopted in later years.
