This annual celebration of film and music will inject some thrill's'n'pills'n'bellyaches into the beautiful seaside town of Balchik from 19th-26th June.

The international festival is named 'In the Palace' due to the fact that the main venue is the old palace-villa-botanical garden of a former Romanian princess in Balchik. The festival has two main parts - 'Music Palace Fest' and 'Film Palace Fest'.
