Shania Twain's divorce from producer Robert "Mutt" Lange has been finalized.

The Canadian country singer split from her husband in May 2008 after 14 years of marriage after he reportedly cheated on her. The couple has a son.

The documents to finalize the divorce were filed in Switzerland this week.

Twain was seen at the Swiss Red Cross Ball on May 29 and a source said she looked "radiantly happy."

She was seen dancing with Frederic Thiebaud, the ex-husband of Marie Ann Thiebaud, the woman Lange had an affair with and Twain's former friend.

It's been rumoured she is dating Frederic Thiebaud.

Twain, who is a native of Timmins, Ont., became a force on the country music charts with her 1997 hit album Come on Over. Although she has kept out of the spotlight in recent years, Twain is currently working on a show called Why Not? With Shania Twain for the Oprah Winfrey Network.
