Although September 22 is officially a bank holiday, some of our rock'n'roll friends won't be at home with their feet up, enjoying a tv dinner.

Awake are set to perform their brand new album at the Thin Red Line club in Sofia this Wednesday. Titled 'Made to Roll', it consists of 10 tracks, plus a bonus one in their native Bulgarian tongue. This is the band's second album and was already showcased during last month's tour of Spain.

'Made to Roll' was recorded at Pacific Studios and produced by drummer Jeliaz Jelezov.

AWAKE formed back in 2002 in Sofia. The current line up is: Ivan Ivanov (vocals, guitar), Jeliaz Jelezov (drums), George Georgiev (bass) and Andrea Samengo (guitar).
