THE KILLERS изпълниха новата си песен ‘The Calling’ с УДИ ХАРЕЛСЪН

THE KILLERS изсвириха за първи път новата си песен 'The Calling' на концерт в O2 Academy Brixton в Лондон във вторник, като преди това актьорът УДИ ХАРЕЛСЪН прочете откъс от 'Евангелието на Матей'.

“As Jesus sat to eat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples,” - започва УДИ. “And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.”

Докато ХАРЕЛСЪН декламира, групата започва да свири мрачен клавир, добавя особен ритъм и блус китара.

След това започва парчето и текстът, който БРЕНДЪН ФЛАУЪРС пее, обяснява библейската интродукция на УДИ - “Down with the message for my old man/ I got the last two chapters of Matthew in my hand”.

Новият албум на THE KILLERS - 'Wonderful Wonderful' излиза следващата седмица, като 'The Calling' е четвъртото парче, което чуваме от него - след появилата се преди известно време заглавна песен, последвана от 'The Man' и 'Run For Cover'.
