White Stripes are to release “Conquest” as the third single off their latest album “Icky Thump”. The video will premiere on MTV on November 26, while the physical version of the effort will appear on December 31.
What’s curious is that the single will be backed by three new songs co-produced by Beck – “It’s My Fault for Being Famous”, “Cash Grab Complications on the Matter” and “Honey, We Can’t Afford to Look This Cheap”. Besides, Beck contributes vocals and piano to the first track, as well as slide guitar to the third one.
