After a decade-long period of silence following the release of their only two studio albums – “Dummy” (1994) and “Portishead” (1997) – Portishead seem to finally getting nearer and nearer to the release of their third effort (not counting 1998’s concert recording “Roseland NYC Live”).
Beth Gibbons, Geoff Barrow and Adrian Utley have finished laying down and mixing all the songs for their upcoming CD. However, “there are a few things to finish up”, according to the band’s website, so it seems we’ll have to wait a little (?) more…
