BLUR bass player Alex James has revealed Graham Coxon may rejoin the band to play on their forthcoming album.
Guitarist Coxon quit Blur in 2002 to focus on a solo career after tensions built up between him and singer Damon Albarn, but James has revealed they are all on speaking terms again and a reunion could be on the cards.
James said Blur are heading back into the studio in 2007 and he is “hopeful” the sessions will involve all four original members.
He told Gigwise: “We’ve all been talking to each other recently and I chatted to Graham the other week. It seems everyone has kissed and made up now and there could be a happy ending.”
