Ex-KISS star faces foreclosure

Former KISS star Ace Frehley is facing foreclosure on his New York home after allegedly falling behind on payments.

The guitarist has reportedly not paid his Yorktown pad’s mortgage since 1 March, 2011 and now money chiefs at the U.S. Bank National Association are taking action against the rocker.

According to local news publication LoHud.com, executives filed legal papers on February 15 asking a court to order a sale of the house to cover the outstanding balance, which amounts to $703,582 plus interest, late fees and other expenses.

Frehley has also allegedly fallen behind on the property’s county, town and school taxes – in total he owes $18,558 stemming from the years 2011 and 2012.
