The track in question is titled Staircase, and the film comes from a performance filmed for the From The Basement project.
This is called Radiohead Live From The Basement: The King Of Limbs, and is due to be aired by BBC Worldwide on Friday, July 1. It’s a 55-minute documentary which also includes backstage footage.
