Pete Doherty has announced that he will complete the recording of his debut solo album by the end of July and release it later this year, most probably in the autumn. Songs set to feature on the effort by Babyshambles‘ notorious frontman include “Darksome Sea”, “Salome”, “Broken Love Song” and “Withdrawn and Shaken”.

A decade and a half after releasing its previous album, Guns N’ Roses will finally put out new music in September. Of course we’re not talking about the mythical album “Chinese Democracy”, but about a new song only. Its title is “Shackler’s Revenge“, and it’s gonna appear on the video game Rock Band 2.
