Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan is streaming the debut album “V is for Vagina” by his side project Puscifer in its entirety at myspace.com/censorshipisacancer. The CD, officially due on Tuesday, features contributions from a number of artists, a.o. Lustmord, Primus drummer Tim Alexander, ex-NIN Danny Lohner, producer Alan Moulder and actress Milla Jovovich.

Bass player Geezer Butler has confirmed that Heaven & Hell – the band featuring him, guitarist Tony Iommi, singer Ronnie James Dio and drummer Vinny Appice – is currently in discussions with various labels about recording a brand new studio album in 2008. Drummer Jimmy Bower has revealed that he and his Down bandmates have 350 hours of footage shot during their European tour in 2006 by director Jim Van Bevan (a.o. Superjoint Ritual and Marilyn Manson). The band plans to blent live footage with backstage shots and release it on DVD “in the near future”.
