After the masive success of “Tarantula”, the revived Smashing Pumpkins have shot and uploaded on the Internet a seond video for a song off their comeback album, “Zeitgeist”, which debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 chart. The track chosen is “That’s the Way (My Love Is)”, and it can already be watched here:

Canadian rock lady Melissa auf der Maur (ex-Hole, Smashing Pumpkins) has just finished recording her second solo album. Entitled “Out of Our Minds”, the CD shall be accompanied by a comic and short film. There’s still no information who and when is going to release the follow-up to Melissa’s 2004 solo debut “Auf der Maur”.

The Goo Goo Dolls are to release a compilation CD, clearly entitled “Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 – The Singles”, in mid-November. The rockers’ best-of-effort shall be followed by a second volume in the beginning of 2008, featuring rarities, cover version, remixes and B-sides, as well as a couple of new songs.
