Former BLACK FLAG vocalist Henry Rollins has issued a statement clarifying the nature of his recently announced studio project with former MINOR THREAT vocalist and longtime friend Ian MacKaye.

In a post on his website, Rollins explained that when he and MacKaye went into the studio!
