PHIL ANSELMO has finished work on a solo album. This might be released before the end of the year, or in 2013. ANSELMO says he wants to go over the mix one last time.   Joining the vocalist are guitarist Marzi Montazeri, bassist Bennett Bartley and Warbeast drummer Jose Manuel Gonzales.
