The X-Fest, due to happen on June 6 in Athens, has been cancelled. The Greek promoters say poor ticket sales are to blame. The bill was to include Dio, In Flames, Trivium and Hatebreed.

Fall-Out Boy were unwittingly at the centre of a controversy, because of their song ‘Dance, Dance’. Plans were announced for this tРѕ be covered by a group of children, for the compilation album ‘Kidz Bop 10’. However, when it was pointed out that this featured overly sexual lyrics, the song was quickly dropped.

Brian Eno has re-united with his old band Roxy Music on their next album. Eno actually worked with the band last year writing two new tracks and playing keyboard on others for the follow up to 1982s Avalon. The as-yet-untitled album is being slated for an autumn release.
