The Who star Pete Townshend has revealed every show on the band’s forthcoming European tour will be bootlegged – by the band themselves.The guitar legend and singer Roger Daltrey have devised a plan to record the shows themselves – and all the proceeds from the resulting DVDs, CDs, podcasts and downloads will go to charity.

The Subways have been forced to cancel more tour dates. Singer Billy Lunn has been ordered by doctors to rest his voice for longer after he was diagnosed with nodules on his vocal chords in April. The band have now cancelled their upcoming shows throughout June.

Dirty Pretty Things, Editors and We Are Scientists are among the acts confirmed for this year’s Ibiza Rocks festival.The acts, along with The Streets Soundsystem and Boy Kill Boy, are all set to play in July at Manumission’s Bar M, which is based in the resort of San Antonio.
