Queensryche are to have the classic ‘Operation: Mindcrime’ album re-issued by EMI on June. This will be available as both a two-CD set (with the original album, plus a live, 1990 recording from the Hammersmith Odeon in London), or in a deluxe set, with the aforementioned CDs and a DVD, with the ‘Video: Mindcrime’ set.

Unsigned Swedish band Cellout have uploaded a new demo song, enitled “Breathe“, at their official web site.Cellout, who supported Clawfinger at their May 15 show in Stockholm, are currently in the studio working on material for a future promotional CD. The band’s four-track promotional disc, “Sublow 3.0“, is available via their web site.

Aiden are to release an EP on October 30 through Victory. It’s to be called ‘Rain In Hell’, and is to be a combination of covers (including Misfits and The Smiths) and new songs. The band will be working on this record during August, with producer Steve Carter.
