Vicky Lord, the widow of late DEEP PURPLE keyboard legend Jon Lord, has passed away.

In July 2011, Jon Lord was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and following treatment in both England and in Israel, he died on July 16, 2012 at a London Clinic following a pulmonary embolism.

Kirk Windstein of CROWBAR, has unexpectedly just issued the following update with regard to his health: I either have, at the worst, a bad sciatica flare-up, or potentially a ruptured disc in my lower spine; I don’t know either way.

According to The New York Times, Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack. A death certificate filed at a registry in London and submitted by Osbourne’s daughter Aimée Rose Osbourne also indicates that the legendary BLACK SABBATH singer had suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease.

Tragedy struck during an OASIS performance at London’s Wembley Stadium when a male fan fell to his death on Saturday (Aug. 2).
