Slipknot‘s Corey Taylor has produced the new album from Facecage. Called ‘Facecage III’, it’s released next month by Great Big Mouth Records, a new label co-owned by Taylor and the band.

Although it’s not yet confirmed, blabbermouth.net have reported that Sepultura have brought in Jean Dolabella as their touring drummer. He replaces Roy Mayorga, now full-time with Stone Sour. The band’s regular drummer, Igor Cavalera, is taking a break to spend time with his family.

Veteran stoner crew Fu Manchu have signed to the Liquor & Poker label. The band are planning to record 13 original songs, and three covers, for their next album. The latter will be ‘Moving In Stereo’ – The Cars, ‘D.O.A.’ – Van Halen and ‘Who Are You’ Void.

The Blood Brothers are to put out an EP in the near future. As yet untitled, this will include previously unreleased tracks, recorded during sessions for the ‘Crimes‘ album. The band have also been working on a new record, with co-producers Guy Picciotto and John Goodmanson.

Twisted Sister are to release an album of Christmas songs, all done in the inimitable band style, through the Razor & Tie label. However, due to recording commitments on this project, the band have had to cancel two UK shows, namely those in London (June 27) and Nottingham (28).
