Red Hot Chili Peppers bass player Michael “Flea” Balzary lost his house in Malibu in the fires that started in the L.A. area on Saturday, November 24. Flea’s $5-million French country-style mansion was one of dozens of houses that went up in flames in California.

Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser is putting the finishing touches on his debut solo album. Entitled “Hubris I & II”, the effort shall surface in April 2008 via Holland’s Mascot Records. “It will be a double album,” explained Andreas, “with the first disc being electric and the second one being more acoustic and percussion-based.”

Swedish rockers Hardcore Superstar have released the video for their song “Dreamin’ in a Casket” on the Internet. You may check it out below. The cut is the title track of the band’s latest album, which came out on November 7 via Gain Music Entertainment.

Foo Fighters have added an extra Wembley Stadium tour date for next summer. The extra gig will take place on June 6, a day before their previously-announced show. Besides, frontman Dave Grohl explained that the band will play a unique set-up at the shows, performing on a stage in the middle of the London arena.
