Kiss bassist Gene Simmons has told Jane Stevenson of Canada’s Sun Media that the veteran rockers are writing songs for a new album that he expects they will record next year and release next summer. Frontman Paul Stanley will produce the disc. The band will follow the album’s release with a limited North American tour.
