Long-running Swedish metal band In Flames will enter the studio next week to begin pre-production for their next album. The group will be recording at their own IF Studios in Gothenburg, Sweden for the remainder of this year and into the beginning of 2011. Further details have yet to be disclosed.

Dutch death metallers Sinister will release their new album, ‘Legacy of Ashes’, on December 10 via Massacre Records. The CD was recorded at Soundlodge studios in Rhauderfehn, Germany with producer JГ¶rg Uken (God Dethroned, Obscenity).
