Swedish extreme metallers Arch Enemy have set “Rise of the Tyrant” as the title of their upcoming full-length studio album, due this fall via Century Media. The follow-up to 2005’s “Doomsday Machine” shall contain 11 tracks produced by Fredrik NordstrГ¶m at Studio Fredman in Hyssna, Sweden.

Guitarist Ola Frenning and drummer Peter Wildoer have finished mixing Soilwork‘s upcoming new, still untitled studio album. The follow-up to “Stabbing the Drama” shall appear by the end of the year via Nuclear Blast. It shall be the Swedes’ first effort to feature new guitarist Daniel Antonsson (Dimension Zero).

British sludge/metal/hardcore maniacs Raging Speedhorn shall release their fourth studio album, “Before the Sea Was Built”, on September 10. The follow-up to “How the Great Have Fallen” (2005) was recorded in Wales with producer Larry Hibbitt and is the band’s first effort featuring new vocalist Bloody Kev and bass player Dave Thompson.
