Placebo are set to play a gig at the world famous ancient temple Angkor Wat in Cambodia on December 7. The show – the first ever rock gig at the historic site – will be part of an MTV Exit concert.

Velvet Revolver have parted ways with RCA Records (a Sony BMG label) – the record company that released the group’s first two full-length albums, “Contraband” (2004) and “Libertad” (2007). There’s still no word neither who’ll release the band’s third effort, nor who’ll sing on it…
