Radiohead lead guitarist Jonny Greenwood has composed the music for Paul Thomas Anderson’s upcoming movie “There Will Be Blood”. The film, starring Daniel Day-Lewis, will hit theatres on December 26, and the soundtrack shall be released a week earlier. Sweden’s goth metallers Tiamat shall release their long-awaited new studio album, “Amanethes”, on April 18, 2008. The follow-up to “Prey” (2003) will be mixed at Studio Woodhouse in Hagen, Germany in January, and is going to surface via the band’s new label – Nuclear Blast.

Judas Priest have started mixing the songs scheduled to appear in their eagerly awaited new album, based on the life and prophecies of Nostradamus. The effort shall most probably appear as a double CD in early 2008.
