Electic Six‘s charismatic frontman Dick Valentine has announced a solo tour of the UK.Valentine has no plans to depart from his band – instead taking the opportunity to undertake a low-key tour performing hits from Electric Six‘s back catalogue, as well as new songs, rarities and covers.

A copy of Slipknot‘s self-released 1996 demo album, Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat., has fetched more than $627 in an eBay auction. The demo is considered the rarest and most sought-after piece of ‘Knot memorabilia, as only 1,000 copies of the disc were ever pressed and released.
