Finland’s cello metal masters Apocalyptica have set “Worlds Collide” as the title of their new album, due in Europe on September 17 via G.U.N. Records.
The CD, produced by Jacob Hellner (a.o. Rammstein and Clawfinger), will be preceded by a single, “I’m Not Jesus”, featuring a guest appearance by Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour, Anthrax). Other confirmed guest musicians on the CD include Dave Lombardo (Slayer), Joseph Duplantier (Gojira), Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil), Mats Leven, known for his work with Yngwie Malmsteen, Therion and Krux, and Japanese composer Tomoyasu Hotei.
